4.  Easy going temperament.   Harlequins are known for their easy going temperament and are easy to handle
5.  Small size.   Harlequins are classified as a miniature sheep although the size will range a bit since this is still a breed in the works.   The registry will have the harlequins separated into miniatures and classics.  The classics still being under 100lbs.
6. Great investment
7. Good lawnmowers
8. Easy to handle
9. Spots and blue eyes.    Harlequins are classified by their spots but did you know they also come with blue eyes.  Blue eyes are very rare in sheep.
10. HORNLESS.
11. Hardy and Healthy:  the goal of the harlequins is to continue to strengthen an already hardy sheep breed that is resistant to parasites and disease
12. Perfect body frame.  Harlequins are considered to be of Medium build. This is an asset because you do not have the extra width/meat that makes a sheep heavy yet you have a stronger build that can withstand disease and parasites. The body frame makes the harlequin  a good multipurpose breed.
